As a child, entertained the idea of pursuing almost any and all sports, possibly simultaneously. Ended up pursuing soccer, basketball, football, and baseball at various times throughout his time in public school, becoming above-average to very good in all. By the time he went to Acadia in Thibodeaux, LA, he had finally settled on basketball. His experience in all his previous sports, coupled with the natural temperament of his species, stood him in good stead. He's a hustler with a monstrous work ethic who's not afraid to take more than a little punishment (labs being nearly impervious to pain as they are). Also very enthusiastic and can-do.
