The FBA trade block page is a source where GMs can let the other teams know that they have a need or want of certain kind. Such as a specific type of player, draft pick and maybe even cash, that they are willing to trade for another asset.
Think of it as like craigslist.
Please note anything on this list should be treated as 'public knowledge' for in-canon purposes. Sometimes GMs are better off in keeping things vague or simply keeping things to private messages.
Othertimes, it could be a great tool in negotiating with a Free Agent.
Trade Deadline is the end of February.
