Gordon Reilly is a male moose bigfur who most recently played for the Newark Pride.
Biography
A big body that thrives down low, Reilly is a tough moose to move. He's got an array of low post skills and one bad attitude to boot. If Reilly sets a pick and you run into it, you're gonna feel it. Go into the paint and he's there, you'll wish you hadn't. Reilly's not out to make friends on the court, that's for sure. His defensive is above average, and he's got a good feel for the game on the offensive end, as long as he doesn't have to stray more than 12 feet from the basket. He's a strong, wide body, and is deceivingly quick-footed. He's got a nice hook shot and some pivot moves that are coming along, as well as the ability to slam it through the hole with power. He just needs to work on committing less fouls and getting less technicals, and he'll be a valuable presence in the post to terrorize opponents who stray too close.
2013 Free Agency
After his rookie contract ended, Reilly was unsuccessful in signing a new contract before the deadline and slipped into restricted free agency. The Newark Pride then signed him to a minimum contract less than a week before the start of the 2013-2014 season.
